Philadelphia police produced disturbing movie footage that reveals a team of teens using a visitors cone to assault an elderly male, who died the pursuing day right after the ambush.
On Friday 24 June at around 2.38am, in the 2100 block of Cecil B Moore Avenue in Philadelphia, a team of younger people ended up found in surveillance footage attacking 72-yr-old James Lambert.
